THE WORK, UNDERSTOOD.

Show the method. Keep the limits.

DAUNTRA Research is an organizational publishing label, not a claim of medical credentials or an independent scientific institute.

What our content is for

We explain training records and the limits of interpreting them. Product pages describe audited software capabilities. Calculators show reproducible arithmetic. Educational guides explain evidence and interpretation separately.

How claims are checked

Drafting and source discovery may use AI assistance. Before publication, scientific claims need a real source-linked research packet and human evidence review. The current guide drafts list sources but do not yet have an approved packet or reviewer. Pending guides are excluded from the sitemap and marked noindex; a successful build does not grant approval.

We prefer systematic reviews and meta-analyses, position stands and official guidelines, then high-quality primary human studies. A source’s relevance, design, population, duration and limitations matter more than a headline or an isolated statistic. Observational findings do not establish causation.

Product claims use an audited allowlist

The current product audit is dated 18 September 2026. It allows workout logging, previous-performance display, programs, estimated strength, volume and muscle-distribution analytics, meal logging and calories/macros. It blocks claims about automatic training prescriptions, adaptive calorie targets, medical analysis and unverified premium offers. Availability is pre-launch.

Calculations remain transparent

The set-comparison tool uses Epley on both entries. A recorded single returns the load lifted; other accepted sets use load × (1 + reps ÷ 30). The volume tool sums external load × reps across the entered sets. A displayed percentage is a mathematical change, not a measured change in muscle or health.

Inputs are processed in your browser and are not attached to analytics. Results remain useful without joining the waitlist. Displayed example data are illustrative, not customer outcomes.

Authorship and corrections

DAUNTRA Research content is prepared for the DAUNTRA product. We do not invent expert reviewers, qualifications, testimonials or validation statistics. When a guide is approved, its reviewer and date must be recorded; technical checks do not replace that decision. If a source or interpretation is wrong, contact support@dauntra.com with the page and the correction.

Limits

Educational content and software records are not medical care, diagnosis or an individual training prescription. An estimate cannot guarantee a safe maximum attempt, explain a plateau’s cause or measure muscle growth.
