Progressive overload tracker: keep the comparison
Your previous weight and reps are the reference. DAUNTRA can show them while you log today’s work.

80 kg for 8 reps and 80 kg for 9 reps differ by one recorded rep. 82.5 kg for 6 reps changes both load and reps. Keep those changes separate before summarizing them. These are illustrative sets, not results from a DAUNTRA user.
Compare completed sets, without a prescribed target.
The free comparison tool below shows load, rep and estimated-strength changes. DAUNTRA itself calculates estimated one-rep max with the Epley formula. It is an estimate from logged performance, not a measurement of your true maximum.
Keep enough history to ask a better question.
One set answers what you recorded today. Workout history shows how those entries changed across sessions. Weekly volume, completed sets and frequency give another view of the work. Neither a single set nor a total volume number establishes the cause of a plateau.
Track your own plan.
Use custom programs or existing templates. The audited product does not automatically choose your next load, apply progression or recommend deloads. DAUNTRA’s role here is to keep the records and comparison available.
