THE WORK, UNDERSTOOD.
Workout tracker with your history in view
Log sets, reps and load while you train. Keep the previous session available instead of trying to remember the numbers.
PRE-LAUNCH · EARLY ACCESS
Request Early AccessRecord the set you completed.
Select an exercise, enter the load and reps, and mark the set complete. The existing app recording shows that logging sequence and the built-in rest timer. The numbers are demonstration data, not a testimonial or promised result.
Bring the last session into this one.
DAUNTRA can display the weight and repetitions logged previously for an exercise while you train. That provides a reference; it does not automatically prescribe your next weight. Keep the same exercise and load convention when comparing records.
Keep the program and the record.
Create custom multi-week workout programs or use structured templates. Schedule workout days on the training calendar and keep completed sessions in workout history. Programs are manually created or selected; they do not adapt themselves automatically.
See the work beyond one workout.
Review estimated strength and newly broken personal records, then look at completed sets and weekly volume. DAUNTRA also includes meal, calorie and macro logging. It keeps these records together without claiming that one chart diagnoses why a lift changed.
DAUNTRA · PRE-LAUNCH
Keep the history. Understand the work.
Doing this in notes every workout? DAUNTRA keeps workout history and previous performance alongside your new set entries. Request early access for pre-launch updates.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee beta access. No public launch date has been announced.
