Workout analytics that keep the records in context
Review weekly volume, completed sets, training frequency and muscle distribution from the workouts you logged.
PRE-LAUNCH · EARLY ACCESS
Request Early AccessA bigger weekly total needs an explanation.
Suppose you add a fourth set at the same load and reps. Your total external volume rises, but your comparable best set stays the same. Those are different questions. DAUNTRA keeps workout history alongside volume and frequency so the records remain available.
See what you actually completed.
Track weekly training volume and see completed sets and training frequency over time. The recording shows existing DAUNTRA analytics with demonstration data. A chart reflects logged entries; missing or inconsistent entries limit the interpretation.
Training distribution, made visible.
DAUNTRA’s interactive front-and-back muscle map highlights muscle groups based on logged exercise sets. It shows where your recorded training volume was distributed. It does not measure muscle activation, tissue growth or recovery, and it is not medical imaging.
Estimated strength is one view.
DAUNTRA calculates estimated one-rep max using Epley and detects newly broken historical personal records. A first-time exercise is not treated as a broken historical record. Estimates and PRs describe recorded performance; they do not prove why it changed.
Nutrition belongs beside the training record.
Log meals and track calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat against your own targets. DAUNTRA brings those records into the same app. Targets are user-defined; the product does not automatically adjust calories to workout expenditure.
